ENE started making music in 1990 on Dec 23. It has always been ENE's intent to produce and explore the outer edges of music from the acoustic and avant guarde to techno, noise and even pop all with an eye keenly placed on the state of contemporary music and it's social-political implications. As an experimental electronic group ENE has always recorded live in the studio only using digital and analouge gear and has yet to conform to the standard laptop and pro tools. There is no judgement placed on the methods ENE does not use,it is simply an attempt to stay in the realm of live music that includes more randomness, accicents, and improvisation.
